Deciding to work with a psychotherapist is an important step to take. To learn more about my style of working, I invite you to contact me for a conversation about your needs.

I am committed to providing services tailored to meet your particular needs. I use a style that is a process of partnership. It encourages understanding and appreciation of your unique accomplishments and triumphs and nurtures your innate talents while honoring your wishes for change.

Here are some clients' statements:

“You put me at ease and allowed me to like myself.”

"The knowledge you have, combined with your ease of inter-personal skills, provided me the comfort of opening up and exploring my minds potential.”

“The keen questions you ask allow me to find the answers I didn't think I had.”

“I can think of no greater gift to return than to highly recommend you to a friend -- or better yet, to endorse you to someone who's just "thinking" about it. For me, Pam has been a Godsend"

Support to manage emotional and physical stress from depression, trauma, and anxiety.

Coaching to develop more effective communication and problem solving techniques in family, peer, and business relationships.

Guidance to create strategies to transition smoothly through changes in relationships, employment and academic situations.

For Children:
I use play, art and drama, as well as traditional talk therapy. Special attention is given to self-esteem, learning style and social skills. Consulting with parents to support their children’s potential is a key element of my work.

For Couples and Families:
I encourage the development of mutual respect, trust, and communication skills. These are key elements for dealing successfully with such issues as: finances, child rearing, care-giving for elders, loss and bereavement.
